Katie Longoria has developed the art of making home wherever you ​land, through her childhood years of living around the world. With ​a BA in Marketing from Taylor University, she spent her early ​career learning the in's and out's of Fort Bend County as the ​Director of Marketing at the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce. ​Over the last twenty years her roots have grown deep in the ​Houston/Fort Bend area.

Katie strives to give her clients a seamless real estate experience, with ​a proactive, organized approach, to minimize surprises. She ​cherishes helping clients put down roots and guiding others on their ​next adventure, by connecting people to their Texas home sweet ​home. Katie also enjoys consulting and coaching other business ​owners and individuals through life transitions, decisions and ​challenges.

Katie resides in the Houston suburbs with her husband Peter and ​three children. One of Katie's greatest joys and challenges is ​homeschooling her three children. The Longorias enjoy swimming, ​hosting friends and family, and adventuring together, while keeping ​up with their mini goldendoodle.
